PF (EPF) Registration in Ranchi

Register your business with the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation, get your employees their UAN and keep monthly PF filings on track. We handle the setup and the routine.

Overview

Provident fund, set up and run correctly

The Employees’ Provident Fund is a retirement savings scheme to which both the employer and employees contribute every month. Employers who meet the legal threshold must register with the EPFO, enrol eligible employees and deposit contributions on time.

We complete your employer registration, obtain your PF code, help create or link UAN for each employee, and set up your monthly return and payment routine, so your PF compliance runs smoothly from the first month.

FAQs

Common questions

Is PF compulsory for my business?

It is mandatory for establishments with 20 or more employees. Smaller establishments can register voluntarily. If you are close to the threshold, plan ahead and talk to us.

How much do employer and employee contribute?

Contribution rates and the wage ceiling are set by the Government and were recently revised under the new labour codes. We apply the current rates for your employees.

What is a UAN?

The Universal Account Number is a permanent number for each employee, which stays the same when they change jobs. We help create and link it.

What happens if I do not register or pay on time?

The EPFO can charge interest and damages, and notices can follow. Registering and filing on time avoids these.

Do the new labour codes change PF registration?

The Code on Social Security, 2020 now governs provident fund and brings a more digital, unified approach. We follow the latest procedures when we register you.

This page is general guidance as we understand current law. India’s four labour codes came into force on 21 November 2025, and rules, schemes, wage ceilings, rates, fees and procedures are still being updated by the Centre and by states. We confirm the latest requirements for your establishment before we begin.
