Project Report Preparation in Ranchi
Applying for a loan or subsidy? A strong project report shows lenders your business is viable. We prepare bank-ready reports with realistic projections.
The document lenders read first
A project report, also called a detailed project report (DPR), explains your business plan in numbers and words: what you will make or sell, to whom, with what investment, how it will be financed and how you will repay. Banks and agencies use it to decide whether to fund you.
We prepare reports that follow lender and scheme formats, with realistic projections, a clear cost of project and means of finance, and key ratios such as DSCR and break-even. A well-prepared report speeds up assessment and reduces back-and-forth with the bank.

- Applicants for schemes such as PMEGP, Stand-Up India or state subsidies

Common questions
What does a project report include?
Executive summary, promoter profile, business and market description, project cost, means of finance, projected profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow, repayment schedule and key ratios such as DSCR and break-even.
How many years of projections are needed?
Usually three to five years, depending on the loan and the lender. We prepare the period your lender expects.
Will the bank accept my project report?
We prepare it in the format banks and schemes use, but the bank still assesses it independently, and sanction is the lender’s decision.
Can you prepare a report for a government scheme?
Yes. We prepare reports for schemes such as Mudra, PMEGP and others, in the format they require.
Do I need a project report for a small loan?
Very small loans may need only a short business plan, but a proper report improves your chances and speeds up the process.
