Housing Loan Assistance in Ranchi
Buying, building or improving a home? We help you prepare your application, organise your documents and follow up with the bank.
Make your home loan simple
A home loan is likely the biggest loan you will take. Lenders check your income, credit record, the property’s title and approvals, and the documents must be complete and consistent. Mistakes cause delays and sometimes rejection.
We help you check your eligibility, organise your income and property documents, understand the offers from different lenders, and follow up on your application through sanction and disbursement. The lender, not Around Tax, decides whether to sanction your loan.

Common questions
How much loan can I get?
It depends on your income, credit record and existing obligations, and on the property value. Lenders generally fund a percentage of the property’s value, with limits set by RBI norms.
Are there prepayment charges?
Under RBI rules, floating-rate home loans to individuals generally carry no prepayment charges. Fixed-rate loans can differ, so check the loan terms.
What tax benefits does a home loan give?
Interest and principal repayment can give deductions, depending on your tax regime and whether the property is self-occupied or let out. The Income-tax Act, 2025 renumbered the sections, so we confirm the current position.
Is there a government interest subsidy?
Central schemes such as PMAY-Urban may offer interest subsidies for eligible first-time buyers in certain income groups. We tell you whether you may qualify.
Do you guarantee approval or the best rate?
No. The lender decides sanction and rate. We help you present your case well and compare options.
This page is general guidance. Around Tax is not a bank or lender. Loan sanction, amount, interest rate and terms are decided by the lender, and we cannot guarantee approval. Scheme limits, subsidies and rules change, so we confirm the current position before we begin.
