TDS Return Filing in Ranchi
File your quarterly TDS returns accurately and on time. We handle the statements, challan matching, Form 16 and 16A, and any corrections.
Correct TDS filing protects you and your payees
If you deduct tax at source from salaries, rent, contractor payments, professional fees or interest, you must deposit it and file a quarterly TDS return. The return gives the deductee credit for the tax in their Form 26AS and AIS.
Errors, delays and mismatched PANs lead to late fees, interest and notices, and cause problems for the people you paid. We prepare, validate and file your returns, issue Form 16 and 16A, and file corrections when needed.

Common questions
What is a TDS return?
It is a quarterly statement of the tax you deducted at source, the payments it relates to, and the challans used to deposit it. It gives your payees credit for the tax.
Do I need a TAN?
Yes. Anyone who deducts or collects tax at source must have a Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number (TAN). We can apply for it for you.
What if I file late?
A daily late fee applies for each day of delay, along with interest and possible penalty. File as early as possible.
Can mistakes in a filed TDS return be corrected?
Yes, through a correction statement. We review the error, such as a wrong PAN, amount or challan, and file the correction.
Why is my vendor not getting TDS credit?
Usually because of a wrong or missing PAN, a mismatched challan, or a return not filed. We find the cause and fix it.
This page is general guidance as we understand current GST and income tax rules. Thresholds, due dates, forms and rules change, so we confirm the latest position for your case before we begin.
