Producer Company Registration in Ranchi

Bring farmers, dairy producers, fishermen, weavers or artisans together under one legally strong company. We take care of the registration end to end.

Overview

Collective strength for producers

A Producer Company is a special kind of company formed by primary producers, such as farmers, dairy producers, fishermen, weavers and artisans. It is governed by the special provisions for producer companies in the Companies Act, and is commonly used to set up Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs).

Members can jointly produce, procure, process, market and sell their produce. This improves bargaining power, access to inputs, credit and markets, and lets members share benefits in proportion to how much they participate in the business.
