Auditor Appointment for Companies in Ranchi

Appoint your statutory auditor the right way. We handle the eligibility checks, resolutions, consent letters and the ADT-1 filing with the Registrar.

Overview

A legally valid appointment, filed on time

Every company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 must appoint a statutory auditor, who is a practising Chartered Accountant or firm. The appointment must follow the process in the Act, including the auditor’s written consent, a certificate of eligibility and the right resolution.

Mistakes in the process or a missed ADT-1 filing can create compliance defaults. We guide you through each step, help you shortlist eligible practising CAs, and file the forms. The audit itself is carried out by the independent auditor you appoint.
